Meal Plan Policies

  • Full scholarship athletes may be required to select the Spider 17 meal plan.
  • Meal plans are priced to support the operation of all food venues and a portion of each meal plan goes to administrative support.
  • Meal plans and Bonus Guest Meals expire at the end of each semester.
  • “Dining Dollars” are non-refundable, but roll over fall semester to spring semester if students purchase a meal plan for spring.
  • “Dining Dollars” do not roll over from spring semester to summer terms or from summer terms to fall semester.
  • Please note that selection of the Spider Unlimited will result in an additional expense beyond the Spider 17 that may not be covered by scholarship funds.
  • A meal plan week runs from Monday-Sunday.
  • Service and meal plan access may be limited or unavailable during academic breaks.
  • Meal plan participation is required as part of the residence hall housing agreement.
  • A registered dietician works individually with meal plan students with dietary restrictions at no charge. Reasonable menu accommodations that are medically based with proper documentation will be made whenever possible. Students seeking special accommodations must fill out an ADA form, located on the Student Affairs website, for consideration.
  • Abuse of your meal plan or Student ID may result in the suspension of campus dining privileges without refund.
  • Student ID cards are not transferable.
  • Unauthorized removal of food or service-ware may result in assessed fees or suspension of dining privileges without refund.
  • Bonus guest meals are valid from the start of academic classes through the end of finals each semester and do not roll over semester to semester if not used.
