Summer Meal Plans
2009 |

|
All students enrolled in summer academic terms and living on campus must participate in summer meal plans. Students will find a variety of locations campus-wide open a different times of day for your convenience. A student's One-card serves as a meal card, debit card and student ID and is non-transferrable. If lost or stolen report it immediately to the One-card office.

Summer Meal Plan Policies
|
- Dining Dollars will be allotted in total for the number of days of scheduled residency. Meals are allotted weekly, Monday- Sunday.
- Students are responsible for budgeting their own meal exchanges and Dining Dollars to ensure full value. Unused meal exchanges and Dining Dollarsare non-refundable and are non-transferable.
- Carry out meals will be provided where deemed necessary and must be maintained under refrigeration by the student. Please provide 48 hours notice.
- Operational hours and locations may vary due to demand.
- Unused Dining Dollars expire at the end of the each summer term.
- Meal Credit is not issued for campus absences unless absence is required as part of an academic program and is limited to 50% of the meal exchange. Arrangements must be made by calling 289-8512 at least 3 days in advance.
- Summer plans include housing and meals. Plans for academic terms are a set rate and are non-refundable.
- Credit will be issued only for prearranged and approved delayed arrivals or early departures.

| Room & Spider 15 Plus
Students enrolled for academic credit, interns, student workers, and international students living in the residence halls are required to participate in this plan. This is an all inclusive plan which provides room, 15 meals and $12.50 in Dining Dollars per week. Meals are allocated on a weekly basis. Students may use their meal punches at:

Room & Summer Flex Plan
This plan is for research students housed in the University Forest Apartments for for students who remained housed at the end of Spring Term until the begining of Summer Term. The Summer Flex Plan consists of $12.00 per day or $84.00 per week in 'Dining Dollars' which students may use at:

Mini Flex- 175 'Dining Dollars'
This plan is available for students who live off campus. Taxes will be applicable for anyone not enrolled for academic credit. The cost is $175.00 plus any applicable taxes. 'Dining Dollars' may be used at:

This all inclusinve plan is available for law school students and provices room and board for the entire 8-week session, 15 meals and $12.50 in 'Dining Dollars' per week.

Early Arrivals and Extended Stay Information |
|
Individual students wishing to extend their housing after the end of the academic year to the begining of summer term or from the end of summer term until Friday, August 14, 2009 (the official Early Arrival Date for Fall 2009), must make arrangements with the housing office in advance.
If approved for residency during this time period, students will be charge $24.40 per day, for housing and a Summer Flex meal plan with a value of $12.00 per day in 'Dining Dollars'.
Athletic teams and other orientation groups arriving prior to August 14, 2009 need to contact the Housing Department and Dining Services to make specific arrangements for your group.
As of August 14, 2009 individuals or groups approved for early return will be limited and appropriate meal charges apply. Individuals not funded by a sponsoring department or group will have any applicable charges automatically billed to their account.
