The University of Richmond's Feeding Fitness program was created to help you make the right choices for your dietary needs. Whether you are trying to prevent the infamous "freshman 15" or just trying to maintain a balanced approach to eating, we can provide the information to keep you on track.
In each of the dining locations on campus, look for the Feeding Fitness symbol or items labeled in green. The information provided is based on the American Dietetic Association's recommendations for a healthy diet, and includes foods containing 30 percent or fewer calories from fat.
Dietary symbols were developed as a reference guide to help individuals with special diets. Please be aware that the ingredients and nutritional content of the food items served in campus dining locations may vary. In addition, manufacturers may change their product formulation without our knowledge and product availability may fluctuate. Therefore, if you require a special diet, please contact the campus dietitian at 804-289-8521 or a dining location manager.
