Whether you are trying to prevent the infamous "freshman 15" or just trying to maintain a balanced approach to eating, we can provide the information to keep you on track.
In each of the dining locations on campus, look for the Feeding Fitness symbol or items labeled in green. The information provided is based on the American Dietetic Association's recommendations for a healthy diet, and includes foods containing 30 percent or fewer calories from fat.
