Spider in the Kitchen

Spider in the Kitchen is a community exchange of recipes, entertaining, and cooking ideas shared amongst campus foodies.

Throughout the year, Dining Services gets numerous request for recipes, entertaining ideas, basic cooking hints, or methods. On the University of Richmond campus we have a wealth of resources including an award-winning Dining Services, several certified in-house chefs, a world-class catering department, and a whole lot of people who like food.

Spider in the Kitchen takes advantage of these resources to offer a series of events, mini-classes, and demonstrations over lunch with instruction on everything from dipping strawberries to folding napkins. These events are by reservation only with limited openings. We invite you to treat yourself to these events and to be a part of our community of foodies.

We want you to participate

Contribute recipes or ideas and if we use them during an event you will attend the event for free. Each event we try to use two ideas of recipes submitted by attendees. We welcome your contributions.
