Monday, November 14
Proper Pie Cooking Demonstration
10 a.m., Demonstration Kitchen, Well-Being Center
Kick off International Week at the Demonstration Kitchen with a cooking demonstration from Neil Price, owner of Proper Pie, a local New Zealand bakery. Neil will be demonstrating how to make a classic New Zealand savory pie.
This class is for University of Richmond students and employees only. Registration required.
International Dinner Special
4 - 8 p.m., Heilman Dining Center
Preview New Zealand cuisine with our Boil Up dinner special. A traditional Māori dish, Boil Up, will be served at Bruce's along with Māori fried bread. A veggie Boil Up will also be available at Plant Life. For dessert, do not miss the locally-made hokey pokey ice cream! Handcrafted by DeLuca Gelato, this caramel and vanilla swirl ice cream is topped with a housemade honeycomb toffee.

International Week Snack Box

Stop by and grab a free New Zealand themed snack box! While supplies last.
International Lunch Special
11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., Heilman Dining Center
Preview New Zealand cuisine at lunch. Enjoy a salad topped with fried oysters then visit the manuka honey bar, featuring manuka honey and fresh fruit, as well as products made with manuka honey, like manuka lollipops!

International Dinner: Aotearoa New Zealand
