Monday, November 18
Costa Rican Breakfast
7-10:30 a.m., Heilman Dining Center
Kickoff International Education Week with a Costa Rican breakfast in the Heilman Dining Center. On Monday, November 18, from 7-10:30 a.m., experience a Pura Vida start to your day with fresh-cut fruits and juices, Gallo Pinto (rice and beans), Chorreados (corn pancakes) served with sour cream, honey, and jam. Guests can also enjoy eggs, plantains, and breakfast tostados with all the fixings.

Coffee Tasting
10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Demonstration Kitchen
Stop by the Demonstration Kitchen in the Well-Being Center to try local coffee roaster Blanchard's Costa Rican coffee along with chocolate (while supplies last).
Coffee and Cacao
11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Heilman Dining Center
Experience Costa Rica's finest exports: coffee and cacao. In partnership with local vendor Carytown Coffee & Tea, taste various Costa Rican coffee blends, Costa Rican chocolate, sugar cane bites, and more from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19 (while supplies last).
Wednesday, November 20
Pura Vida International Dinner
4-8 p.m., Heilman Dining Center
In partnership with the Office of International Education, Dining Services presents the annual International Dinner on Wednesday, November 20, from 4-8 p.m. in the Heilman Dining Center. Celebrating the cuisine of Costa Rica, each station will feature a Pura Vida-inspired menu, while the center dining room will host a fresh beverage bar.
