    Soup Buffet

    It’s soup weather! Warm up at lunch today with a special soup buffet at the Heilman Dining Center. Enjoy a variety of soups, fresh baguettes, and cornbread in the center dining room from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. while supplies last.

    Bundle up and enjoy a Québécois Sugar Shack breakfast featuring classic Poutine (steak-cut fries with beef or vegetarian gravy, cheese curds, and the option to add a fried egg), Canadian Bacon, and Maple French Toast.

    At this month’s nutrition table, our chefs will offer dishes featuring locally made tempeh. This versatile fermented protein is easily digestible and can be used in anything from tacos to stir-fry to pasta sauce.
