Meal Plans

All undergraduate students living on campus, except those living in University Forest or Gateway Village Apartments, are required to participate in a meal plan based on their housing assignment. Campus meal plans are designed to provide for a student’s basic meal needs throughout the academic weeks of each semester. Students will use all traditional meal swipes at the Heilman Dining Center only.

Dining Dollars are offered as part of the meal plans to provide flexibility for retail purchases and to access food during academic breaks each semester. Dining Dollars are accepted at all Dining Services locations.

Locations and meal plan access may be limited or unavailable during academic breaks. Please refer to the Dining Services’ operational hours for more information.

Meal plans are accessed using the University of Richmond identification card, known as your One Card, which serves as a meal card, debit card, and student ID. It may only be used by the individual to whom it is issued, and is not transferable. If lost or stolen, report it immediately to One Card Services.
