Meal Plan Policies
- Meal plans, student identification cards, and Dining Dollars may only be used by the person to whom it is issued and are nontransferable.
- Meal plan week runs from Monday-Sunday.
- Service and meal plan access may be limited or unavailable during academic breaks.
- Dining Dollars may be used at any Dining Services retail location on campus and concessions.
- Dining Dollars may also be used purchase meals for the cardholder (only) at the Heilman Dining Center at a discounted rate.
- Unused Dining Dollars from the fall semester automatically rollover to the spring semester if the student retains a meal plan. Dining Dollars expire at the conclusion of the spring semester.
- Meal swipes do not roll over from fall to spring. Dining Dollars roll over only if the student remains on meal plan spring semester. If you cancel your meal plan after the semester starts, fall rollover Dining Dollars are forfeited.
- Guest meals may be used at the Heilman Dining Center and are valid from the start of academic classes through the end of final exams for each semester. Unused guest meals do not rollover from semester to semester.
- Reasonable menu accommodations that are medically based with proper documentation will be made if approved through the University's ADA approval process. A registered dietitian works individually with meal plan students with dietary restrictions at no additional charge.
- Abuse of meal plans or student ID may result in the suspension of campus dining privileges without refund.
- Unauthorized removal of food or service ware may result in fees or suspension of dining privileges without refund.
