Campbell Tucker is the AM Sous Chef at the University of Richmond’s Heilman Dining Center. He received his Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in 2004. “I love the people I work with and being able to serve high-quality breakfasts and lunches in a fast-paced environment,” Tucker said of his Dining Services role. In his free time, Tucker also enjoys cooking for his wife (his favorite meal is beef short ribs with creamy polenta) and spending time with family.
