Mary Fichtel is the catering support coordinator for University of Richmond Dining Services. Fichtel works with clients to coordinate University events and ensures her catering colleagues have all the ingredients necessary for successful events. “I love being able to help so many different folks across the campus community,” Fichtel said. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting & Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. In her free time, Fichtel enjoys drawing, gardening, and traveling with her husband.Expand All
