Our Local Partners

Dining Services partners with local businesses to source everything from ingredients we use in our kitchens to finished products we sell in our retail locations. This practice is part of our overall sustainability initiative to lower our carbon footprint.

Additionally, several local vendors participate in tabling events at our dining locations throughout the school year. These tabling events provide students with the opportunity to sample local vendors' products and learn more about how Dining Services incorporates them into its program.
