    As the training operations manager for University of Richmond Dining Services, Maura McLain onboards and coordinates continuing education for dining employees. “I love helping coworkers develop in their jobs and seeing their confidence bolstered,” she said of her role. McLain earned her Associate Degree in Business from John Tyler in 2004 was a 2018 recipient of UR’s Outstanding Business Affairs Performance award. McLain spends her free time caring for and rehabilitating rescued horses and donkeys.
