As a University of Richmond Dining Services catering events manager, Zach Henderson facilitates the planning of catered campus events from booking to completion. Henderson works directly with clients to determine menus and timelines in addition to handling event staffing and logistics. He earned a National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) Leadership Institute certificate in 2011 and was an integral part of the team that won a 2023 NACFUS Loyal E.
